We begin with your concept, purpose, and visual direction. Together, we define the mood, styling, location, and creative approach for the shoot.

The session is guided through intentional lighting, composition, posing, and direction transforming the concept into a cohesive series of images.

the headshot process:
I. define your image.
We begin by discussing your profession, personal brand, and how you want to present yourself. We'll determine the right wardrobe, background, and overall direction for your session.
II. capture your presence.
During the session, I guide you through posing, expression, and positioning while using intentional lighting to create a confident, polished portrait.
III. refine your portraits.
Your strongest images are carefully selected, professionally retouched, and finished with my Signature Look for a natural, refined final result.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. Your session or event is not officially booked until the retainer and required agreement are completed. The remaining balance is due before the scheduled service date.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR PROJECTS?
Yes. I'm available for select projects outside my local area. Travel, accommodations, permits, studio rentals, and other production expenses may be quoted separately depending on the project.
DO YOU PROVIDE RAW OR UNEDITED IMAGES?
No. RAW and unedited files are not delivered. The final edit is an essential part of my work, and every delivered photograph is carefully selected and finished to reflect my Signature Look.
DO YOU HELP WITH POSING AND CREATIVE DIRECTION?
Absolutely. You do not need to know how to pose before arriving. I provide direction throughout the session, from positioning and expression to composition, to create photographs that feel natural, intentional, and refined.
Are studio and location fees included?
Unless specifically included in your collection, studio rentals, permits, admission fees, and specialty locations are additional and discussed before booking.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
Yes. Rescheduling is permitted with sufficient notice and is subject to availability. Last-minute changes, cancellations, or additional rescheduling may require a new retainer. Specific terms are provided with your booking agreement.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
Turnaround varies by project. Headshots and editorial sessions are typically delivered sooner, while weddings take longer for careful curation and refinement. I'll provide your estimated delivery timeframe when you book.
What is included in the retainer?
The retainer reserves your date and is applied toward the total cost of your booking. No date is held without a completed agreement and retainer payment.
WHAT MAKES YOUR EDITING DIFFERENT?
Every delivered photograph is professionally refined using my Signature Look, with particular attention to color, skin tones, contrast, and overall image quality. The goal is a consistent final collection that reflects my visual style while preserving the individuality of each subject.
Can I use my images commercially?
Personal sessions include personal-use rights. Commercial, advertising, publication, campaign, or other business usage may require separate licensing based on the intended use.
